Cookies are packaged with the utmost of care but we cannot be responsible once the cookies have shipped and are with Australia Post.  This also includes delivery times.  No refunds will be given based on postage times.

All of our cookies are individually packaged in food grade bags and heat sealed, which allows them to have a shelf life of up to 4-6 weeks when stored correctly.

Please store your cookies in a cool, dry place and avoid placing them in direct sunlight or the fridge.
